So here’s what my body looks like... I have been working hard for it and I am proud. We are living in funny times where pretty much everyone is body shamed, too skinny, too fat, wrong proportions, no bum, cellulite, wrong size or shape of boobs- it’s absolutely mental and way out of control. I look after my body, eat well, work out, sleep well and enough, drink enough water and there are still plenty of areas of improvements like the amount of coffee and artificial foods I woul love to cut out. I am not perfect, but I am trying to simply introduce and stick to as many helthy habits as possible. And gradually my lifestyle improves as I go along. Like some smart lady once said- I am not miss America, but I am not ugly. This is how I see myself and I am happy with that.
