Wellness should be year round, but we oftentimes pay special attention in the fall. Kids go back to school and bring home all kinds of viruses and germs, so it's especially important to pay attention to wellness in these months. The no-brainers that anyone can do are to drink water, don't smoke, eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise regularly, get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, and do your part to avoid illness by washing hands regularly.
